Only other thing I could think of is that I missed a data file: I copied all the DLC files from the data folder (Geometry, Main, Textures, Voicesen, as well as the. SGeometryPackageList=Fallout4 - Geometry.csg Likewise, my Fallout4.ini (in the game's steam folder) contains the modifications linked in your tutorial: Archive bInvalidateOlderFiles1 sResourceDataDirsFinal.
